Moving soon when should I start apartment hunting

Posted by Kay Williams 1459 days ago

I'll be moving after I graduate in a few months. When should I start looking? How long does it take to get an apartment?

If I found an apartment, will I have to pay the deposit or whatever now or when I move in? Thanks!!!

Start looking now. Most apartments allow you to reserve a residence months in advance.

This means you should start apartment shopping now, going by different placing and taking a tour of the complex. If you see something you like, you can see if they have any availabilities X month X day.

You should only have to pay the costs to apply for the apartment (application fee), but you won't have to pay your security deposit or anything else now.
